Her experience in the fashion industry has seen her developing creative ideas and project plans for different themes and styles for photo shoots, along with sourcing and purchasing the wardrobe, accessories and props necessary for the shoot.
With this in mind, the Producer actively sought to secure Kirstie to the team early on in pre-production. Kirstie’s love for the story between the two sisters, and the vision for the film saw her sign on to be the Costume Designer for The Inuring a month prior to shooting.
Working closely with the Producer and Director throughout, Kirstie produced a series of mood boards and designs for the look of both characters. These boards were perfected across the weeks leading upto the shoot as Kirstie sourced a selection of fantastic outfits for Claudette and Aleisha. The day prior to the shoot the Producers made a final decision on both looks.
